  • Assign the student to the class

Once you have completed the onboarding process, you can start using the application and use it to mark attendance and record fees.

3. Onboarding Process

The onboarding process is designed to help you become familiar with how to use the basic features of the application. The steps are as follows:

    • Set the academic year
  3. Save and Repeat

    • Click “Create Class”

    • Click “Students” in the sidebar
    • Click “Add Student”
  2. Student Information

    • Fill in student details (name, date of birth)
  3. Guardian Information

    • Enter guardian/parent name
    • Add guardian contact details
  4. Save and Assign

    • Save the student
    • Assign to appropriate classes

Note: Make sure to get accurate contact information from guardians as this will be used for important communications.

4. Use the Application

Now that you have created a class and a student, you can start using the application to mark attendance and record fees.

  1. Take Attendance

    • Open the class details
    • Go to Attendance tab
    • Click “Take Attendance” for today
    • Mark students present/absent
    • Save attendance
  2. Record Fees

    • Open the class details
    • Go to Fees tab
    • Click “Record Payment”
    • Record payment and amount
    • Save the update

Now it is easy to track which students have been regular with attendance and fees.

Important: It is not possible to mark or edit attendance for previous days. Attendance can only be marked for the current day.
